• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Fluency in Russian, Azerbaijani or Italian
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Experience working with international or multilingual clients is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE real estate experience are strongly preferred
