• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan market, developers and investment opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Ability to identify and convert investment opportunities
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
