• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Russian, Azerbaijani or Armenian language skills required
• Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan market and investment opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Ability to understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
