Nawy UAE is building a partner-led real estate business that connects technology, trusted market relationships and disciplined operations. The Senior Relationship Manager will build and manage Nawy UAE's network of developers, brokerages, mortgage and referral partners. The role turns introductions into working partnerships through clear agreements, trained teams, reliable handoff, accurate follow-up and measurable account performance.
About the role:
This role is the day-to-day owner of Nawy UAE's commercial relationship network. You will develop senior relationships, manage and deliver commercial and operational requirements, and keep each partner moving from an initial conversation to an active working relationship. Nawy UAE leadership will retain executive positioning, major commercial decisions and sensitive escalations. You will provide the operating rhythm that makes those relationships productive and scalable.
What you will own :
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners, with clear decision-makers, next steps and commercial potential.
• Lead day-to-day relationship development and account planning, from outreach and meeting preparation through negotiation support and follow-up.
• Coordinate commercial terms and agreement execution with Nawy UAE leadership, Legal and Licensing, while maintaining accurate records of decisions, requirements and open actions.
• Own partner onboarding from agreement to operational readiness, including training, system access, CRM routing, response standards, escalation paths and live handoff testing.
• Maintain the stakeholder CRM, meeting briefs, action logs and follow-up cadence so commitments, blockers and dependencies remain visible and healthy.
• Coordinate developer inventory and data-feed activation with Product, Data and Operations, including freshness, completeness and issue resolution.
• Manage active accounts through regular performance reviews, feedback loops, recovery actions and relationship growth plans.
• Report weekly on progress, evidence, risks and decisions, and distinguish active partnerships from introductions or informal discussions.
• At least three years of relevant Dubai or UAE real estate experience in relationship management, partnerships, key accounts or business development.
• Credibility with developers, brokerages, mortgage providers or related real estate partners; an existing UAE network is strongly preferred.
• Evidence that you can take a commercial relationship beyond the meeting stage and make it operational.
• Strong judgment in stakeholder communication, negotiation support, meeting preparation and persistent follow-up.
• Disciplined use of CRM, action tracking and account reporting across several relationships at once.
• The ability to coordinate across Legal, Product, Data, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance and People without losing ownership of the outcome.
