• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Italian, German or Spanish language skills preferred
• European background / European market experience preferred
• Previous Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
