Enclave Real Estate, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial real estate, including secondary and off-plan markets. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines market intelligence, RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and a multinational sales environment.

We are looking for experienced Italian, German or Spanish-speaking Investment Advisors to join our Dubai team.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Fluent in Italian, German or Spanish
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work with fresh leads and convert opportunities
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dubai-based candidates are strongly preferred
