Job description

• Coordinating shipping schedules and routes with transportation companies to ensure that goods arrive on time and without damage
• Managing inventory and supervising staff members who handle inventory control, including ordering new inventory when necessary
• Planning and coordinating the movement of materials and products within an organization
• Coordinating with clearance agents/customs officials to ensure that incoming or outgoing shipments meet all legal requirements for entry into the country or export of goods
• Developing and implementing effective tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments in real-time.
• Coordinate with local clearance agent for DO collection and other local import documentation processing.
• Coordinatewith local transporter for smooth container delivery to warehouses or direct to clients on time.
• Follow up documents and payments with local suppliers through agreed channels.
• Manage all land transport operations.
• Monitor container movement after leaving the port.
• Improve operations efficiency.
• Arranging road permits when needed.
• Track shipments and follow up with international suppliers to monitor the loading of orders as per plan.
• Re-export documentation processing
• Coordinating with shipping forwarders.
• Any other tasks as instructed by immediate superiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
