• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or investment-related sales
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Understanding of property investment opportunities and buyer requirements
• European language skills preferred
• Proven sales performance, negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build investor relationships and convert qualified leads
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
