Company Description
Not every recruitment agency does that. In fact, Charterhouse was founded because, as professional recruiters, it saddened us to see “No recruitment agencies” appearing more frequently at the bottom of job adverts. We get it. Businesses are tired of feeling ‘sold-to’ and sick of paying recruitment fees for poor-fit candidates. But we’re here to change this industry for the better and raise its reputation. And we’re doing it by listening first and talking second, prioritising relationships over revenue, and providing standout service to every client and every candidate.
