Life Insurance Sales agents-Incentive/ commission based job!
Enrollme HR Consultancy FZE is looking for sales agents for a very reputed Insurance company in Dubai. As an insurance sales agent, you need to meet/ discuss the prospective individuals about the life insurance policies of the company, and sell the product!
Experience & Skills required:
. Atleast 1 years Direct Selling experience of financial / Banking/ insurance/ real estate sector in UAE.
. Should have a go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mind set.
- Should have very good contacts which can be converted to policy holders
. Excellent communication ,Interpersonal , Sales & negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work remotely or company premises.
- UAE driving License (most preferred).
. Should be available in UAE (others please excuse). Positions available in RAK,Dubai, Abudhabi & Sharjah area!
. Please note that this job does not require any payment/ initial investment from the candidates!
Number of positions : 30
What we offer:
. A very positive corporate work environment with excellent leadership & product training.
. Excellent commission structure (3.5% to 40%). Please note that, there will not be any basic pay for this role! Your income is purely based on your commitment & performance!
