• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Experience in off-plan or secondary-market property sales
• Strong client acquisition, communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, property trends and pricing
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to manage clients independently and work within a team
