Marketing Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful applicant will have a strong track record in Marketing and preferable experience in the hospitality industry.

What will you do?
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Up-keeps departmental filing and tracking system for all related information and documents.
Prepares accurately and timely reports to all internal departments.
Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and compliance of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel
Provides clerical support to the Marketing team.
Maintains a good awareness of the marketing details and account profiles related to the designated assigned Managers.
Provides support for internal information communications and distributions.
Create branded advertising campaigns and support the sales & marketing team by coordinating and collating content.
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one-kilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland.
