A Real Estate Property Management Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing employee contracts

2. Employee attendance table / Absences registration

3. Send warnings to employees.

4. Calculating salaries and deductions, Absence

5. job interviews

6. Making Form Company

7. Handling general calls for the buildings

8. Creating official email

9. Responsible for the company’s emails HR

10. Regular follow-up of contracts

11. Payment The bills Etisalat & electricity….

12. Sending a Renewal notice Letter to the tenants of the end contract before its expiry (email, WhatsApp message, call)

14. Work on matters related to residency, secondment, and employee insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
