Job Description

  • Operate in a hands-on capacity to design cross functional strategies while driving overall performance.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, to conduct feasibility studies, market analysis and prepare applicable business cases.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify relevant insights to assess the existing governance model and/or develop relevant recommendations for its improvement.
  • Liaise with and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while providing them with relevant data and findings to drive their decision-making process

The Successful Applicant

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, finance, public policy, or engineering.
  • An MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.
  • Must have 8 - 10 years' experience in strategy consulting in the public services sector within a top strategy consulting firm or a mix of strategy consulting and relevant experience in a public sector entity.
  • Excellent logical reasoning
  • Strong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices
