Department Description:
Personal Banking is the largest segment within Retail Banking The unit is created to conceptualized develop and implement a sustainable customer driven segment management system to maximize the Banks business from the Personal Banking customer segments
Brief Description:
The Payroll RM will work as part of the Payroll Program with the specific focus on bulk sourcing of individual customers by adding new managing the existing Wholesales Banking GroupWBG and Business BankingBUB client payroll relationships and meeting their retail banking requirements The Payroll RM will coordinate the sales effort across the entire distribution network to drive the business will be responsible for delivering targets of the following unique and specific KPI to strengthen overall PSB profitability
Detailed Description:
Meet monthly financial targets of NTB customer acquisition new payroll relationships asset sales etc Work with the distribution networkbranches DSF teams DSAs for multiproductpayroll fulfillment on defined sales targets Cross sellassets bancassurance and wealth products and refer business to other ares of the bankeg Priority Banking Keep abreast of market trends customer preferences and new products as well as to regularly monitor activity by key competitors KAM template preparation for new payroll relationships Periodic updates to management Strategic planning for KPI achievement Credit policy and process change requirements Company specific sales promotions New relationship development efforts
Job Requirements:
Ensure high level of customer service and quick TAT for all multiproduct sales Fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk sales processes etc and all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC Comply with the above policies on an ongoing basis and report any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising managers Responsible for ensuring uptodate compliance KYC and client profile for each NTB customer Document all meetings with payroll relationship contact pointHR or Finance manager Develop interpersonal skills Improve sales skills especially crossselling and wealth business

Graduate with preferred specialization in marketing finance banking or related disciplineAround 810 years retail banking experience57 years of Sales experience in payroll liabilities assets35 years of sales team management experienceLocal market knowledge is a mustStrong communication skills good written verbal and negotiation and presentation skills an absolute mustGood knowledge of payroll proposition and Bank at Work business modelCollaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skillsProven Sales team management track recordKnowledge of Key Account Management is an advantageAbility to build networks and to communicate and engage with others effectively in a wide range of settingsHigh levels of energy drive and personal resilience
