We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor specialising in the secondary market, with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's ready and resale property market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market, including residential and commercial properties, communities and current market prices.
• Experience handling ready properties, resale transactions and property listings.
• Understanding of property valuations, market trends and comparable property prices.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and completed transactions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
