We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and completed transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property developers, off-plan projects, communities, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience selling off-plan properties, including new launches and developer projects.
• Understanding of payment plans and the ability to advise buyers and investors on suitable property opportunities.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
