Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and looking for an experienced Senior Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing operation.

We are looking for an established real estate professional with a strong track record in Dubai's secondary/resale market, an existing understanding of the market and the ability to manage high-value clients and transactions independently.

Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.

• 2+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate
• Strong track record in secondary/resale property sales
• Proven ability to manage high-value buyers, sellers and investors
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing and market trends
• Established client network and/or proven ability to generate business
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proven sales performance
• Ability to manage transactions independently from lead to closing
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
