We are looking for a results-driven Property Consultant with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market, particularly Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai South.

• Experience in ready-property sales, resale transactions and listing acquisition.

• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.

• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.

• Valid UAE driving licence.

• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
