We are looking for experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Consultants with a strong understanding of Dubai's resale market, established community knowledge and a proven ability to generate leads, secure property listings and close transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market.
• Proven experience handling resale transactions in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, particularly Dubai Hills Estate, Meydan and Dubai South.
• Understanding of property valuations, market pricing and comparable transactions.
• Experience managing buyers, sellers, property listings and negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire listings and close transactions.
• Established client network and strong communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
