We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant with a strong understanding of Dubai's property market, developer projects and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in off-plan property sales.
• Proven experience selling off-plan projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans and launch strategies.
• Familiarity with major developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Nakheel and Dubai Holding.
• Established client network and demonstrated sales performance.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.
