• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• UAE/Dubai off-plan experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and developers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• European language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
