• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Currently based in Dubai with knowledge of the local property market
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language
• Experience handling international clients and property enquiries
• Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
